Apr\u00e8s tout, si Jeep est capable d\u2019offrir un Wrangler 4xe, d\u2019autres joueurs plus \u00ab softs \u00bb peuvent certainement s\u2019attaquer \u00e0 l\u2019alternative hybride rechargeable. C\u2019est notamment le cas de Kia qui semble \u00e9lectrifier un nouveau mod\u00e8le chaque mois\u2026 j\u2019exag\u00e8re \u00e0 peine ici! Cette fois, c\u2019est au tour du Sorento Hybride Rechargeable de faire son entr\u00e9e dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne des VUS vendus avec un c\u00e2ble de recharge. J\u2019ai pu prendre le volant de cet autre v\u00e9hicule utilitaire \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9\u2026 suite \u00e0 mon premier contact du Ford Escape hybride rechargeable quelques jours plus t\u00f4t! Voici ce que j\u2019ai retenu de ce premier contact avec ce mod\u00e8le qui fait le pont entre le compact Sportage et l\u2019imposant Telluride.<\/p>\n<h3>Design : 8\/10<\/h3>\n<p>Le constructeur Kia est pass\u00e9 ma\u00eetre au fil des ann\u00e9es dans l\u2019art de maquiller ses mod\u00e8les r\u00e9guliers en versions hybrides. Pour le reste, ce Sorento Hybride Rechargeable SX 2022 demeure fid\u00e8le au design introduit l\u2019an dernier. \u00c0 ce sujet, je me dois de f\u00e9liciter les concepteurs de la marque qui ont su garder certains traits de l\u2019ancien mod\u00e8le tout en renouvelant la signature du v\u00e9hicule, notamment \u00e0 l\u2019avant avec ce bouclier plus agressif avec sa grille de calandre concave et le nouveau logo corporatif de la division cor\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 : 9\/10<\/h3>\n<p>Qui dit mod\u00e8le SX dit aussi \u00ab \u00e9quipement ultracomplet \u00bb et cette version \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9e ne fait pas exception \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle. Voyez par vous-m\u00eames : l\u2019assistance d\u2019\u00e9vitement de collision frontale dans les carrefours, le r\u00e9gulateur de vitesse intelligent \u00e0 navigateur avec d\u00e9tection des virages, l\u2019alerte de d\u00e9part du v\u00e9hicule devant, l\u2019assistance de conduite sur autoroute, le syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9vitement de collision dans les angles morts lors d\u2019une sortie parall\u00e8le, l\u2019alerte de collision frontale, l\u2019assistance d\u2019\u00e9vitement de collision frontale, l\u2019assistance d\u2019\u00e9vitement de collision frontale avec un pi\u00e9ton, l\u2019assistance d\u2019\u00e9vitement de collision frontale avec un cycliste, l\u2019alerte de perte d\u2019attention du conducteur, l\u2019assistance de suivi de voie, l\u2019assistance d\u2019\u00e9vitement de collision dans les angles morts, l\u2019assistance d\u2019\u00e9vitement de collision transversale arri\u00e8re, l\u2019avertissement de distance de stationnement en marche arri\u00e8re, l\u2019assistance d\u2019\u00e9vitement de collision pendant le stationnement et l\u2019assistance de sortie s\u00e9curitaire; de quoi en perdre son latin! L\u2019ennui avec cette liste interminable, c\u2019est que bon nombre de ces syst\u00e8mes sophistiqu\u00e9s sont limit\u00e9s aux livr\u00e9es plus cossues.<\/p>\n<h3>Habitabilit\u00e9 : 8,5\/10<\/h3>\n<p>Le Kia Sorento, avec ses trois rang\u00e9es de si\u00e8ges vient en quelque sorte seconder le gros Telluride qui flirte avec la cat\u00e9gorie des utilitaires pleine grandeur. Derri\u00e8re, les passagers sont un peu plus serr\u00e9s, tandis que le coffre n\u2019est pas bien grand lorsque cette troisi\u00e8me banquette est en place. Heureusement, lorsque cette derni\u00e8re est repli\u00e9e, le Sorento est capable d\u2019avaler une bonne commande d\u2019\u00e9picerie.<\/p>\n<h3>Convivialit\u00e9 : 8,5\/10<\/h3>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d\u2019infodivertissement maison commence \u00e0 \u00eatre familier, lui qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9 il y a quelques mois \u00e0 peine. Le large \u00e9cran de 10,25 pouces combin\u00e9 \u00e0 cet autre \u00e9cran log\u00e9 derri\u00e8re le volant ajoute un peu de couleurs \u00e0 l\u2019environnement du conducteur avec de superbes graphiques en prime. M\u00eame constat au niveau de la console centrale o\u00f9 la molette de la bo\u00eete de vitesses est facile comme tout \u00e0 utiliser \u2013 \u00e0 droite, on part, \u00e0 gauche on recule et au centre, on est arriv\u00e9!<\/p>\n<h3>Confort : 8\/10<\/h3>\n<p>La mission du Sorento est de transporter la petite famille avec suffisamment d\u2019espace pour les skis ou l\u2019\u00e9quipement de hockey, mais aussi avec un maximum de confort. Le v\u00e9hicule est tr\u00e8s bien insonoris\u00e9, tellement en fait qu\u2019on se surprend \u00e0 \u00ab \u00e9craser \u00bb la p\u00e9dale de droite pour entendre le petit moteur 4-cylindres turbo \u00e0 l\u2019avant. Les si\u00e8ges sont un brin fermes et pourraient offrir un peu plus de support, mais bon, le Sorento ne fr\u00e9quentera jamais de circuit ferm\u00e9! Comme je viens \u00e0 peine de le mentionner, le but premier de ce multisegment confortable est de transporter dans le plus grand confort et en limitant la consommation de carburant. Malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de ces jantes de 19 pouces, le Sorento est aussi doux qu\u2019une berline avec les nids-de-poule du Grand Montr\u00e9al, ceux de taille acceptable du moins! La suspension est calibr\u00e9e pour le confort, tandis que le groupe motopropulseur cherche surtout \u00e0 enregistrer la meilleure moyenne de consommation possible. C\u2019est vrai que le mode Sport aiguise les r\u00e9flexes du Sorento Hybride Rechargeable, mais on ne parle pas d\u2019un rival au Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT non plus! Les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations sont douces, les changements de rapports le sont aussi et cette colonne de direction n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec celle de la brillante Stinger. Mais bon, n\u2019oublions surtout pas la vocation de l\u2019utilitaire cor\u00e9en.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9conomie de carburant : 8,5\/10<\/h3>\n<p>Ironiquement, le sort a voulu que j\u2019essaye le nouveau Ford Escape hybride rechargeable 2021 quelques jours avant de prendre le volant de ce Sorento HR. La topographie de la Colombie-Britannique et la cadence plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de ce p\u00e9riple dans l\u2019Ouest canadien ont nui \u00e0 ma consommation totale du VUS am\u00e9ricain qui s\u2019est sold\u00e9e par une moyenne de 5,8 L\/100 km. Franchement mieux que l\u2019Escape enfichable, je l\u2019avoue. En effet, j\u2019ai termin\u00e9 mes quelques jours d\u2019essai avec un r\u00e9sultat de 4,8 L\/100 km sans m\u00eame faire attention \u00e0 ma conduite. L\u2019autonomie purement \u00e9lectrique de 60 km est dans la bonne moyenne du segment PHEV et r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des besoins des r\u00e9sidents de la ville qui lorgnent justement du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules hybrides rechargeables pour leurs emplettes situ\u00e9es \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres de la maison.<\/p>\n<h3>Caract\u00e9ristiques : 9\/10<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9videmment, avec cette livr\u00e9e SX, le contenu est relev\u00e9.
