Ford announced it is dropping prices on its all-electric Mustang Mach-E immediately, as well as plans for increased production this year.
The base Select model will remain at $56,995, but all others get a cut in price from $4,750 to $8,500, depending on the model. The price changes are as follows:

$ 6,805 $ 7,000 $ 8,500 $ 7,000 $ 8,500 $ 4,750 |
The price changes now make the Premium RWD Standard Range eligible for the Federal government’s zero-emission vehicle incentive of $5,000 (the Select also qualifies). Incidentally, the price changes come just weeks after Tesla dropped prices on its four-car lineup.
But the good news doesn’t stop with prospective customers, either. Those customers who have purchased a Mach-E and are awaiting delivery will be reimbursed the difference, while customers who took delivery of their vehicles after purchasing it from January 1, 2023 will ‘receive a private offer’, according to Ford.
The Detroit automaker also announced that it will be increasing production of the electric crossover, though it hasn’t indicated by how much.
