Ram 1500 Revolution BEV teaser

Fans of the Ram Truck brand now have a Ram-sized reason to attend the 2023 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas on January 5. During the highly anticipated event, attendees will get the first glance at the Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept, which the company promises will “redefine the pickup truck segment”.

While the teaser image doesn’t reveal much, the Ram 1500 Revolutionary BEV Concept is reportedly loaded with exclusive advanced technology features. “The Ram Revolution BEV Concept is a roadmap and a glimpse into the future,” shared the company in its official press release.

What do we know about it? Well, next to nothing as of yet. The automaker does promise, however, that the Ram 1500 BEV – the production version of its electric pickup expected to arrive in 2024 – will lead the electric truck segment in range, towing, payload and charge time. It will be a prime competitor for the Ford F-150 Lightning, which is available now, and the Chevrolet Silverado EV and GMC Sierra EV, coming late next year.

On pace with other automakers, Ram is expected to offer electrified vehicles in the majority of its segments by 2025. By 2030, the brand will go all-electric, which supports the Stellantis Dare For-ward 2030 strategic plan to “lead the way the world moves by delivering innovative, clean, safe and affordable mobility solutions.”
